To open a trading account with us, you will need to fill up the
Client Agreement form and provide us the supporting documents as mandated by
the Exchanges. We have outlined the steps below
for your easy reference.

Once your trading account is opened, we will provide you with the trading code
details alongwith the relevant contacts within the organisation.

| Any individual, Hindu Undivided Family (HUF), proprietary firm,
partnership firm, a company, NRI (subject to RBI approval) or trust can open an
account with Aadhar Securities.

For an INDIVIDUAL
1. A passport size photograph duly signed by the Client/Constituent.
2. Proof of the Demat Account
3. Proof of Bank Account.
4. Photocopy of PAN is mandatory.
5. E-mail lD Mandate.

For identity proof / For address proof:

For a PROPRIETORSHIP CONCERN
1. Same requirements as for “Individual”
2. A declaration on the letterhead of the concern as per Annexure - 2
3. Affix rubber stamp at all places.
4. Copy of PAN of the firm.
For HUF
1. Signature of Karta and all the major co-partners on the Declaration given in
Annexure 3 of the Registration Form
2. Copy of HUF PAN
3. Bank & D.P. Proof
4. Address Proof of Karta
5. Photograph of Karta
For a PARTNERSHIP FIRM
1. Certified true copy of the Partnership Deed.
2. Copy of PAN of Partnership firm.
3. Copy of PAN / Passport / Election ID or Driving License of the Managing
Partner(s) / Authorized official
4. A passport size photograph of the partner(s) duly signed across the face.
5. Proof Of the Demat Account (the demat account should be as required.for
partnership firms).
6. A declaration on the letterhead of the firm, as per Annexure-4
7. Copy of the balance sheet for the last two financial years (Copies of annual
balance sheet to be submitted every year)
8. Authority letter by all the partners in favour of Managing Partner(s) as per
Annexure-5
9. Affix rubber stamp at appropriate places.
10. Proof of Bank Account (of partnership firm)
For CORPORATES
1 . Copy of PAN of the company.
2. Copy of MAPIN card (UIN), if applicable.
3. Copy of PAN & Passport / Election ID or Driving License of Directors /
Authorized officials.
4. Certified true copy of a resolutions passed by the Board of Directors,
naming the authorized officials to sign the Member.
5. Constituent Agreement as per Annexure-6
6. A declaration on the company’s letterhead as per Annexure-7
7. Certified true copy of Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum and
Articles of Association & Form 32 (if applicable).
8. Copies of the balance sheet for the last two financial years (copies of the
annual balance sheet to be submitted every year)
9. A passport size photograph of the Director / Authorised official.
10. Proof of the Demat Account.
11. Verification / Attestation of signature of Directors by the Bank.
12. Copy of latest share holding pattern.

For a NRI (INDIVIDUAL)
1. RBI Approval

of the brokerage terms and margins are provided to the client personally. |

| All other charges like Securities Transaction Tax (STT), service
taxes, stamp duty, transaction charges and other levies as applicable.

| For each order executed on your behalf, you are issued a contract
note, which is a statement of confirmation of trade(s) done on a particular
day. A contract note is issued in the prescribed format and manner,
establishing a legally enforceable relationship between the member and client
in respect to the trades stated in that contract note. Contract notes are made
in duplicate, where the member and client both keep one copy each. These will
be delivered to you as per your specifications - by courier/ email/ fax or SMS.
In case of any errors/ discrepancies, you need to bring the same to our notice
through an email or write to us within 24 hours of receipt of the contract.

| In case of buying of shares we will get the cheque collected as
and when you receive the contract note. Alternatively you can courier the same
to our office address. In case of selling of shares we will get the cheque
couriered to you within 24 hours of payout from the Exchange.

| You need to transfer the shares in our DP before you sell. We can
assist you in filling and depositing the slip.
|
|
|
|
| In case of shortage of securities, the shares will then be put up
for auction by the Exchange. In addition, you will be debited by the amount
specified by the Exchange, as well as with some additional penalties.

|
|
| You can modify or cancel your orders, till the time they are not
executed.
|
|
|
|
| You can track the status of your accounts and portfolio online at
any time. Once your trading account is active, you will be provided with a user
id and password, which you can use to access our secure website for viewing
your accounts at your convenience. Alternatively you are welcome to call us during
office hours.
